Yes — within 72 hours of placing it, before production begins, for a full refund. Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once production has started, the order can't be cancelled, since the piece is being custom curated for you.
We'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage via WhatsApp or email, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund after review.

Every Wall No. 4 print is custom curated for you — printed on 300 gsm cotton canvas and hand-finished after your order is confirmed. We do not hold pre-printed stock.

Stretched Canvas prints are packaged in rigid, protective material to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Float Frame prints are additionally bubble-wrapped and corner-protected.
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it — before production begins — for a full refund. Simply reach out via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Once production has begun (after 72 hours), the order cannot be cancelled as the piece is being custom curated specifically for you.
If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. To initiate a claim:
